We apply a minimum order of € 15,00 on all orders. Shop wise, because shipping costs are excluded.

The receiver of the package is liable to pay any inbound duties, taxes and fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate.
Any necessary permits and / or permission from the various authorities are at your own expense and risk.

We use different parcel couriers depending on the destination of a shipment. We ship via PostNL, KDZ Express, GLS, UPS, and DHL.
The Bulldog Seeds are hand-picked and packaged in sterile conditions. The seeds come in protective transparent plastic packaging to prevent damage during transport and storage and a stylish The Bulldog Seeds packet to protect the cannabis seeds from light.
There is no outside reference or marking of The Bulldog, we use the name Green Duo B.V. as sender and not The Bulldog Seeds.
Orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on national holidays.
Benelux & Germany: 2-5 business days.
Europe: 3-6 business days.
Rest of the world: 6-10 business days.
If you have not received your product(s) within 10 business days after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service.
To track your order, please use the Track & Trace link in your confirmation email.
We do not ship to following countries because we have found that too many times shipments get lost at customs and/or the amount of import documentation and/or exuberant cost of shipping and duties. We are sorry to have to take these measures but truly hope for your understanding.

After sales service
Only items purchased on the official thebulldogseeds.com website can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. All of our products (excluding sale items) can be returned as long as they have not been used and are in their original state and package material. We do not accept returns for items purchased in a physical The Bulldog Brand store or from other websites.
We do not offer exchange. If you prefer a different size or colour, follow our return guide and place a new order with the correct size via our website.
To initiate a return, please email costumer service: shop@thebulldogseeds.com and you will be issued a return form. This return form needs to be included in your return package.
